Nurse and Dead Hard don't need massive nerfs.

This one is gonna get me burned at the stake but someone has to say it.

I hate when the only avenues to express skill are nerfed into the ground, I haven't played Billy in months, and I haven't "played" Billy in 2 years. Old Carburetor Tuning Guide Billy and Range Recharge Nurse are way more similar than you think, the main difference being that CTG Billy was easier at the cost of being a bit weaker. Nurse's add-on numbers just need a slight cut off the top, like a 5-10% cut to purple range and green recharge, as well as making her blinks special attacks, and Dead Hard maybe needs another condition, I like the idea Choy proposed where Dead Hard doesn't work on Instadown hits, since they typically require skill to land.

But I've heard some crazy ideas like giving Nurse one blink and making her 110% movement speed(which would make her extremely boring to play and face) and making Dead Hard deactivate after being successfully used once, which makes me wonder if these people even understand how these things work.

    I don’t think either need nerfs at all, with the exception of range/3 blink addon.

    Another suggestion for Nurse that I quite like was making the second blink not able to go through obstacles along with making her blink attack special.
