How do you complete "Quick Thinking" challenge?

As the topic suggests, this challenge is a complete mess. I've purposefully gone into lockers as soon as I'm being chased and it doesn't complete. I've gone into lockers and have lost the killer and it doesn't complete. I've even stayed in it for over 10 seconds but for some reason this challenge doesn't want to go through. What is going on with this mess?
