Garden of joy X Texas chainsaw massacre

Ok, is it just me or is the map, ‘garden of joy’ HEAVILY based of the house in the film, ‘Texas Chainsaw Massacre’. Everything from the broken windows, the swing outside the house and even the whole layout of the home is nearly exactly like the home that leatherface and the sawyer family lived in during the film ‘Texas Chainsaw Massacre’. Let me know what you think, because I always thought ‘Garden of Joy’ was the map for leatherface and they had just added it in to give the paragraph more content before I figured out it was the map for the ‘Roots of Dread’ chapter.     It's a pretty common style house in southern and eastern US, especially out in the sticks. I don't think it's based on any of the movies, but there's similarities.
