Who Is Stronger: Blight or Wesker

Both of these killers have rather similar powers to each other. A power that allows them to quickly cover distances and damage survivors in the process. They're both unique in a few ways though. Blight can go further but cant damage off of first dash. Mastermind cant go as far, but doesn't need to bump into things, and can inflict a unique status effect.

Between these two similar powers, which Killer has the stronger one?

    As long as Blight still has his insanely strong addon's, he'll always be stronger.

    Blight by a mile, even though I main and love Wesker, blight has 4 very strong addons, while wesker has 1, maybe 2, is much better at map traversal, can end loops much quicker, and counters Shift-W even harder than Wesker.
