Problem with everything on my second monitor, and not only

So the problem is, when game is in full screen, everything on my second monitor is dying(for me its twitch or whatever, it start lagging badly) its not affected the game whatsoever, once i press alttab or windows button second screen stop lagging, everything is fine only on low settings tho, happens ONLY in dbd.

Any suggestions, or maybe its only my problem?

    hi idk if u still need an answer but i had this problem for two months now since i changed my graphic card and today i fixed it by just verifying the game files on steam. hope this works out for u as well cus i know it's gutting <3 have a good day!
