(TL;DW) Context: There is a bug that allows Charlotte to regain control instantly after switching from Victor. This allows her to move at full speed and act as soon as possible.

The developers have confirmed this is a bug, but should they instead make this a feature to make her more appealing to players, and maybe change some things around to balance it?

    Going from Victor getting squished to the slow retaking control of Charlotte always felt like a double loss of time. It's far too painful.

    The reason twins players slug is because it’s basically Impossible to play them without it due to the ridiculous cooldown and fatigue.

    By making charlotte’s fatigue faster we can reduce their necessity to slug
