Chapter Name: STAR WARS


Killer Name: Darth Vader (Anakin Skywalker)

Killer Designation: The Dark Apprentice


Killer Abilities: 

The Apprentice begins the trial with 2 action tokens that he can spend to either use his FORCE CHOKE or FORCE PULL ability to pull survivors out of hiding or use his SABER THROW ability to do damage through obstacles.


THE DARK SIDE

When the Power button is held down, The Apprentice holds out his hand to create THE DARK SIDE. A red trail 64 meters long appears on the ground directly in front of The Apprentice. The aura of THE DARK SIDE will change in intensity depending on how many Survivors are within the aura of THE DARK SIDE. Pressing the Attack button while THE DARK SIDE is activated will activate The Apprentice’s FORCE PULL ability. Pressing the Active Ability button while THE DARK SIDE is activated will activate The Apprentice’s FORCE CHOKE ability. While the path is not visible to Survivors, those in THE DARK SIDEs path will have their ANGER METER slowly increase by 5% per second.


FORCE PULL

While THE DARK SIDE is active, The Apprentice can spend one token by pressing the Attack Button to FORCE PULL any survivors not performing actions within 10 meters of THE DARK SIDE 5 meters towards THE DARK SIDE. Survivors FORCE PULLED will suffer from a 5% increase on their ANGER METER. Survivors FORCE PULLED into obstacles will suffer from a 10% increase on their ANGER METER. Tokens spent by FORCE PULL have a cooldown of 5 seconds. 


FORCE CHOKE

While THE DARK SIDE is active, The Apprentice can spend one token by pressing the Active Ability button to FORCE CHOKE any Survivors occupying THE DARK SIDE. The Apprentice grabs any survivors not crouching in THE DARK SIDE’s path by the throat, raising them off of the ground, causing them to face The Apprentice. While being force choked, survivors will be dragged in a path that copies the killer's movement like a mirror image. Survivors grabbed by this ability will begin to struggle and are faced with rapid Skill Checks. Survivors will struggle until they have succeeded at 7  Skill Checks, the killer is blinded or stunned, the killer swings his weapon, or until he performs a FORCE PUSH. Injured Survivors caught by FORCE CHOKE can be brought either directly to The Apprentice to grab them. Dying Survivors caught by FORCE CHOKE can be brought either directly to The Apprentice to grab them or directly to a hook to be hooked. Survivors grabbed by FORCE CHOKE have their ANGER METER increased by 20%. Tokens spent by FORCE CHOKE have a cooldown of 10 seconds.


FORCE PUSH

Once a survivor is being FORCE CHOKED, The Apprentice can press the Active Ability button again to spend a token to FORCE PUSH any survivors 8 meters directly backwards. Survivors who are pushed into obstacles suffer from the hindered status effect for 2 seconds. If a survivor is thrown into a breakable object, the object is broken. If survivors are thrown into one another, both survivors suffer Deep Wound. Survivors FORCE PUSHED will suffer from a 20% increase on their ANGER METER. Survivors FORCE PULLED into obstacles or into other survivors will suffer from a 30% increase on their ANGER METER.


SABER THROW

The Apprentice may spend one of his tokens to boomerang his Lightsaber the distance THE DARK SIDE’S path with his SABER THROW. While going down the path, the Lightsaber may encounter up to 2 objects, encountering one, then continuing down the path to encounter the second. After encountering 2 solid objects, the Lightsaber will return to The Apprentice, encountering all objects on its way back. Encountering a survivor will cause the Lightsaber to damage the survivor and continue its path and encountering a downed pallet, breakable wall, or generator will cause the Lightsaber to destroy the object. Survivors hit by a SABER THROW suffer a 30% increase on their ANGER METER. Survivors hiding inside a locker that a Lightsaber encounters will be ejected from the locker and receive Deep Wound. Tokens spent by SABER THROW have a cooldown of 5 seconds


ANGER METERS

While against The Apprentice, survivors may gain a percentage on their ANGER METER up to 100%. The ANGER METER is hidden to The Apprentice until it has reached 100%. When at 100%, survivors pulled or pushed by a FORCE PULL or FORCE PUSH, lose a health state when encountering an object. Survivors at 100% ANGER METER also become Oblivious. Survivors can decrease their ANGER METER by performing the MEDITATE action in any locker. It takes 12 seconds to MEDITATE and will decrease your ANGER METER by 33%.


Killer Perks: 

RELEASE YOUR ANGER

When destroying a pallet, any survivors who have interacted with the pallet become Exposed for 15/20/25 seconds . RELEASE YOUR ANGER has a cooldown of 90 seconds.


YOUR THOUGHTS BETRAY YOU

After finishing a generator, any survivors who completed the generator will have the Entity knock them off each generator they touch for 20/30/40 seconds. When a survivor is knocked off of a generator, the aura of the generator gives off a sound notification and glows white for everyone in the trial for 5 seconds.


SCOURGE HOOK: LACK OF FAITH

When a survivor is hooked or loses a hook state on a scourge hook, all uninjured survivors are Hindered either for 15/20/25 seconds, until any survivor loses a health state, or until the hooked survivor is rescued.

USE THE FORCE

When cooperating with other survivors, their Great Skill Check Zones are no longer visible. Increase the size of their Great Skill Check Zones by 10/12/15%.


STRIKE ME DOWN

When the Killer destroys a pallet you dropped, any injured survivors who interacted with that pallet gain 10/15/20% health.

 

DO OR DO NOT

If you escape from the Killers’ grasp, over the next 32/28/24 seconds, passively gain 1 health state.
