Можно ли как-то сбросить прогресс в игре?
Удалить все перки и т.д, что бы остались только скины и DLC

Можно, я лишился прогресса, когда отвязал учетную запись стим от BHVR. Можешь так-же попробовать, правда я обнулил его по ошибке :с. DLC и скины останутся.
