Quick Thinker Challenge (Tome 4, Page 1) does not complete

I have tried completing this challenge multiple ways and my progress does not update. I have tried jumping in a locker within 10 seconds of the chase starting, within the chase ending, and while Quick and Quiet is active. I have tried completing the challenge when I have no killer challenge selected, and when I have Quick and Quiet as the only perk/item/offering in my loadout.
I have attempted the challenge about eight times.
