How i report a hacker from Epic Games? i'm playing on Steam.

we need profile ID / URL when reporting an account

Just select "Dead By Daylight" and then put the "Contact Reason" as "Player Reporting" and fill the rest of the form.

You can leave it blank. You don't need it to report anymore.

so how dev can find that account if i did not provide profile url or ID ?

If you report the game, it'll get linked to your own cloud ID and then they look at the data for the other players in the match.
