the winter solstice event has broken the frame rate

so my fps is uncapped in the config but at the main menu im getting 58 fps. whatever you devs did broke the games current fps. before this the fps was fine. what did you devs do? lol. anyone else getting this problem? doubt im the only one

Yee the main menu for me runs at 10 FPS.. all that snow crap bunging things up
