So after 200 hours of playing manly Wesker (I have 2000 in total) i learned a few "techs" that i wanted to share, hope it can help u guys too :)
So the first one is an Insta Flick, basically when you first bounce your turn rate is reduced but if you wait until the end you can flick at normal rate super fast, which allows you to do some CRAZY flicks:

and the second one otz already talked about it, it's the "Rebound tech" u can slide in a few walls so u can create some unexpected angles:
