New player fell into rank hell, looking for some trusty teammates

Hi guys, I recently started playing on PC Game Pass and have been having fun, but have been getting matched into some pretty tricky situations (really good killers, teammates who refuse to work on generators, etc).

I'm still new (played for three or four nights so far), so I'm not the best at being a survivor, but I don't think I'm Bronze II bad. I would love to team up with some people who are more experienced.

I usually play between 5pm-10pm PST, with me being online most consistently from 8pm-10pm PST. I have Discord too.

Hopefully we can build some good teams!
