Warning for these who are trying Adept Killers atm
- Slugging kill (bleeding out) doesn't work
- Mori someone doesn't work
- If someone DC at any point, even when it is the last person and you won the whole game, it doesn't work.
I would allready have my last Adept on Wesker if any of these 3 things didn't happen. I got someone DC as last person when they got downed just in the end game, gg whole achievement ruined.

It’s unfortunate, but these circumstances have always forfeited the killer from getting the adept achievements. The only one being a slight exception, is the mori one - if you still get enough hooks in it’s possible.
I know the adept requirements have been changed since, but there is still a degree of difficulty that comes with unlocking them. Promise you, best way is patience, you will eventually unlock them. Good luck!

The mori one is the only one that surprises me. I already knew about D/Cs not counting, and a bleed-out has never been counted as a kill for the killer.

I really dont understand the reasoning with the excluding of dcs. Yh its an easy adept with an early dc, but the same would be the case with an early hook suicide.
But luckily i dont care about most challenges in games anymore. I really did waste a lot of time with some stupid challenges in the past. And there is really no point in doing them.

As long as it's late enough in the game, moris, bleedouts, and DCs have never prevented you from getting adepts until now. In fact, it will actually give you bonus points to your emblems if a survivor DCs to counteract them, you know, DCing. In theory it might actually give you more emblem points if they DC while dying on death hook.
You need 10 points for iridescent Devout. You get the same 2 points whether a survivor dies on hook, dies from a mori, or disconnects, so as long as you get the 9 hooks you're fine.
A bleedout will stop you from getting iridescent, but not gold, and you don't generally need 4 iridescents to get Merciless.

Yea, honestly they need to make it so a DC counts as a kill for the Adept because this is gorram ridiculous.
Not to mention the bug clown has right now that he can't look down because the cosmetic of his stomach clips like crazy with his vision. Is it realistic that someone with a belly that big can't see their feet? Yes, as someone with a fat belly (not that fat though) I can attest it is, but seriously for game play it's just something that needs to be fixed.
