Why can't I check forum profiles?

I wanted to know if I could change my avatar but it says

Permission Problem

You don't have permission to do that.

You need a minimum amount of posts like 5 or something I think but you probably already hit it. You should be able to just click on edit profile and then change profile picture should appear on the side. If it's not letting you do that contact a mod and they'll fix it since it does get stuck and not switch on permissions sometimes for new accounts.

I can't click on their profiles. I have no way to contact them.

I had a quick look at your account - you should have access now and should be able to change your avatar.
