Ilian comes with 3 perks:

Tricky Survivor:
Your sylness makes you harder to find.
When you are injured you leave no blood behind you
But you make 75%/50%/25% more noise

Be Careful:
A little bit of softness does not hurt.
The skill check triggering chances are reduced by 40%/50%/60% when injured

Vainglory and mistrust :
You are very confident but when your perfect the others are all less awesome.
You see other survivors footsteps
You can see the killer footsteps
You see the killer 5/10/15 seconds after he hit a survivor
All the altruistic actions are 20%/15%/10% slower
