Why Cant We See What Servers We Are On?

Just some nice bit of information to have would be what server we are on and what my average ping would be based on how far away the server is. Other games have this even when you cannot choose what servers you are in.

Information can be enabled or disabled in the settings, and will be located by the "Read Up" part of the lobby (this will only show up in lobby once a match has been found).

(Sidenote, I find it dumb how I cant even check my ping while playing Killer, I can see the ping of Survivors but not my own? Weird.)
