Penalty bug

after the last update they are penalizing me if another player goes offline DC. What is the reason for punishing someone who doesn't do it? I send screenshots and video to DBD support and they don't give answers. Penalties are useless if they are bugged. but apparently DBD doesn't care about the players

    Sometimes I get an end screen where it says both I and another player both DC'd, always one of the two the killer. Doesn't matter if I was playing as killer or as a surv, it shows two DC's.

    It is a visual bug unfortunately, and in reality only I lagged out of the game and got the penalty. I'm on Xbox if that matters.

    We'd have to see your end screens to see if this also happened to you.
