As a killer, if survivors call you a camper or tunneler...

Tell them that, "It was the game developers who trained me to get kills as efficiently as possible." Take it up with them.


Survivors love to hate on killers who camp/tunnel, but these strategies have consistently been supported by the game developers.

Before skill based matchmaking, games were killers focused on CHASES rather than KILLS were abundant because gens were not completed as quickly. However, the direction of dbd is more and more towards killers focusing on getting survivors out of the game as quickly as possible no matter how they do it.

If survivors want to lessen camping/tunneling and play a game where killers hook, leave, and go on a fun chase with some other survivor, then the SURVIVOR player base needs to rally around this and ask the devs for this kind of game.
