Surge in Spirits?
Noticed a lot more Spirits than usual lately, I couldn't remember the last time i played against one, but the past week they have been everywhere. At least it breaks up the blight and nurse matches I guess. Anyone else playing a lot more Spirits?

It’s probably due to the new bug? spirit has where you need line of sight with her to hear directional audio. Hens’ new video showcased it so people are playing spirit more now

She now has a bug that makes her phase completly uncoutarable again, you don't know where she is coming, they fixed oned of he addons, and they managed to bug her phase in general, so people are abusing it, imo they need to kill switch spirit

I don't mind going against Spirits anymore. Her chase music is hands down best in the game.

I don't know when the last time was where I faced a Spirit. They are really rare nowadays

This sounds like the same sound occlusion mechanic that deletes survivor footsteps, survivor noises, and boon noises, when there's no line of sight.
Killers have been dealing with this garbage sound occlusion for an extremely long time. Why should survivors get a free pass out of it? Sound occlusion should either be fixed for both sides, or it should cause both sides to suffer.

..... Seriously? Well this blows for us who play Spirit regularly. Kind've annoying to me if that's the case. It's almost like those people want to play "old" Spirit again and this is their chance to do it instead of utilizing her kit.

That's not asking for a nerf though just kill switched. Two totally separate things.

It's not asking for a kill switch either, then it wouldve been reported in the bug report forum. So since it clearly isnt that, this means they are just trying to get the next wave of survivor crap started. I remain at my previous statement: Called it.

The title of the thread says killswitch so it is saying she should be killswitched until the bug is resolved.
As for it not being in the bug report, a mod will probably move it there in the future because it should be there.

Ya hens new video showed off how her audio plays now some say its a bug but i feel as tho its a happy middle of the road.

I played two yesterday and yes she is probably bugged or smth because the directional sounds was goin on and off and cuttin weirdly,,PS Hands off spirit <3
