We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.

Lost cosmetics

Hey I’m not really sure where to post this so I’ll just ask here.

Im on PS4 and have just bought a couple of Christmas jumpers. The rest of my purchased cosmetics on ALL survivors have now vanished. What do I do to get them back?

    Restart your game.

    I’ve just seen all past Event cosmetics are gone too, including on killers. So much time and effort has just been lost 😫

    Close out your game and restart it. All your items will return.

    Restart your game. That should fix it.

    If for some reason it doesn't, please create a support ticket. Someone will be able to assist you there.
