What if nemesis would be saying stars more often?

the only time when nemesis says stars is when performing a mori and finding them in a locker. So what if he could say it for example when he starts a chase, hits or hooks a star member to have more of an interaction.

or what if he could press the d-pad and emote it.

as far as I know he only says star when he mori a S.T.A.R member.

he will also say it when he grabs them of the locker btw
