no puedo jugar como killer por pantalla infinita de carga

e intentado desinstalar el juego y verificar la integridad de los archivos pero no funciona y la barra de carga se llena casi hasta terminar y al final simplemente se traba ¿que puedo hacer ?

    muchas gracias, intentare lo que me mencionas . ¿no hay problema con realizar dichos mensajes de tiket si solo tengo problemas con la pantalla de carga del killer? es que con el superviviente no tenido problema alguno
