The laggiest player I've ever encountered in a video game

When I mean this Jake was laggy, I mean he was laggy. I got screenshots just to prove how bad it was (I've hidden the names of course), this man was playing DBD on Mars or something man, one second you'd see him the next he was on a whole new end of the map, he ended up disconnecting at the end. I wonder if it was his internet or if he just ragequit, probably his internet.
