Body-blocking on RPD thanks to the amount of CLUTTER

Why is it for literally every killer possible to body-block at hooks on RPD? Forcing you to have to go halfway across the map only to have your path to be blocked by the killer AND nonsensical clutter on the map? Like why are there boxes and a bed at the stairs right next to the hook? What purpose is this meant to serve?

This never was a problem on RPD before it got butchered in two to make it smaller. But somehow it's turned into a map where body-blocking is way too easy at most hooks.
