Here's why people doesn't like playing the Artist

If you plan on using your birds in chase, only use one to actually get them swarmed so your power can recover fast enough to send 2 (maybe even 3 depending on the distance) to get the hit. Artist is fine, doesn't need any changes imo.

Use the addons for it. Thick Tar and Festering Carrion.

People don’t play her because her gameplay is pretty boring and un-exciting.

Gonna have to hard disagree there slightly.
You do need the addons so they last longer but when you have that on artist is a complete beast of a killer with the right build.
I wish I had a youtube channel to show you, I'm a survivor main of recent but if you seen my artist gameplay youd think I'm a main/pro.
She is dependent on addons and perks like most killers though, but she is a great killer and you're probably not using the right addons or firing to many crows putting you in cooldown

Agreed. Always happy to play her if I need to play killer. Best thing is building cant even stop your snipes lol

By all means man if you enjoy her, go for it. I just find her boring. Throw a crow down, smart survivors just hold W to the next loop. Rinse and repeat. Get swarmed cross map? Hop in and out of locker.
She just isn’t my type of killer. Any killer that encourages holding W, I’m not about it.

Sounds like you're setting up at loops, worst way to play her imo. Best and fun way is to just constantly shoot crows in chase and not setup at a loop.
The jumping in a locker thing is annoying though I agree lol

Unfortunately unless you only use 1 bird snipes are unlikely, I wish the bird stuck around longer the farther you hit a survivor

Cross map downs and double hits with Severed Hands are definite dopamine hits. She's a lot of fun

Sounds like a you problem, she is fine. One of strongest killers in the game.
But really there isn't many artist players and even less really good artist players. They waste so much setting up crows in bad spots and just let survivors hold W or mid game them.
It's honestly kinda fun destroying a bad artist player because they really just don't seem to realize what they are doing. Good artists are really scary
