Mary Shaw from Dead Silence would be sick. Imagine all the gens and noises going silent except a ringing when she is near you.
She could sit dolls next to gens and if you fail a skill check teleport to them. She can place them anywhere-Her dolls could also grab you if you run by them then teleport to you if you’re in her line of sight. ( with a cool down of course)
