Does Borrowed Time continue to work once fully healed?

I've been running BT and We'll Make it Together lately and it feels really good for saves, however, I was wondering..

Does anyone know if they Survivor keeps the Endurance Effect after they are fully healed?

Because with We'll Make It I can heal a Survivor up really quickly an technically there should still actually be plenty of time left on BT's Endurance before it runs out, so I just wanted to make sure that I'm not literally wasting BT every time that I heal someone up lol

Endurance from BT or OTR doesn't go away at full health, but endurance is only consumed if you're already injured.

So in your scenario, they can be healthy and have endurance from BT or OTR. The first hit will take a health state so they're injured, but still have endurance. Then, if they get hit again before the timer it will proc endurance and put them in deep wounds.

Being healed by another survivor doesn’t remove Endurance. It’s strictly the survivor doing any action that progresses the trial.

In theory, yes you might keep the Endurance status effect. You should be able to test it with a much wider margin for yourself if you run Off the Record.

Endurance only gets consumed if the attack would have sent them from the injured to the dying state. You're not wasting BT in that scenario, but understand that BT only lasts 20 seconds even with the Bill perk, and it takes 7 seconds to heal them up, so that means they have 13 seconds after the heal to get hit twice to get value out of it before the BT timer expires, which would be pretty difficult.

Now, if the survivor has Off The Record, that gives them a full minute of endurance, and that might get some use

Endurance is lost only if you take a conspicuous action. It is not cancelled if someone else takes action on you. If someone starts healing you after an unhook and then the killer comes back, you can still get the endurance hit.

    Yeah. That’s why I didn’t say if you’re healed. It’s different. Sorry I couldn’t remember the word

It’s definitely not worth running with the goal of synergy.

In theory it works but in practice it shouldn't do anything meaningful as if they get hit twice in the 12 seconds after the heal something went massively wrong.

I guess the 12 seconds of speed gets them to a gen faster? But then we're only talking about saving 2-3 seconds on gens if you're lucky.

It works on killers that can One-Shot you.

Where as they would go for the easy Auto-attack if they were injured, the speedy heal you gave them forces a killer to use their power to down them, in which they no longer have it and the survivor has a massively increased chance at escaping the situation at hand.

Take The Huntress' One Shot add-on for example. If she rushes back to the hook and uses it on that survivor, the Huntress now has nothing at her disposal AND she only moves at 110% speed. You're left with an angry killer that either will force a chase on a survivor who gained distance, or switch to you with no hatchets either way.

Ah I see... well it seems like it is not completely useless, although I am probably not really getting much value out of running the two together.. so perhaps it's better if I try a different combo..

Right now I am thinking about runnning something like :

Guardian, No One Left Behind, We'll Make It, Empathy

    OR

Guardian, Borrowed Time, No One Left Behind, (New Unhooking Exhaustion Perk).

Anyone else have any good ideas or suggestions for potential options to pair this playstyle with?

The only thing where this is relevant is if you unhook a Survivor with BT, heal them (or they are healed due to Adrenaline) and then the Killer has NOED AND is nearby.

Other than that, this is such a niche-scenario. But yes, it would be possibly to tank two hits if you unhook someone with BT and heal them with We Will Make it, but it would only be a window of 12 seconds (20 for BT, 8 for We Will Make it = 12 seconds where the Survivor is healthy and has Endurance).

Could also work against bubbas who patrol. They come back to the hook. Ready their saw for the easy down if the freshly unhooked survivor is full health. Then run right into bt anyway. But thats assuming bubba doesn't have chili and the speed addon to catch up through it anyway.
