Cooperative healthcare is more difficult than i thought

Its fairly difficult to get a cooperative heal going since it requires having 3 people especially with the hud telling everyone what eachother is doing so having 2 people coincidentally going to unhook doesn't normally happen. (Its how i got the first one) Im on game like 5 and still haven't been able to get it. Solo que problems i guess. Also most people bring in medkits now anyways so they pretty much just heal themselves by the time i even get to them with empathy. (Especially with the green medkit). Any advice on how i can maybe do this easier?

    Well, off the top of my head, I’d put on Kindred. Always remain further then the person going for unhook, incase they also have a perk to see you and they choose to gift you the save, then when save happens be close enough so that everyone will realize that a quick heal is possible and efficient and I’m sure everyone will naturally group heal. Bonus if the unhooked is also injured.

    Kindred will also let you know if Killer is camping and with the new hud symbols, with any luck Killer will start chase with fourth and you’ll know. Worse comes to worse, just take a protection hit if Killer does a turn around after save and maybe put on that perk that lets you see injured survivors. Might find moments where a survivors isn’t too far and getting healed.

    Roll the dice and you might get a Legion too, who you can increase your chances of having healing opportunities but you’ll probably have to throw the game lol. Good luck~

    It's the current level of the tome, one of the first survivor challenges.

    If you want to play efficiently and not throw for the challenge, I suggest doing the other ones and just select this one in the end and forget you gave it on.

    Play in a SWF. If solo then there's not much that can be done, really. It's better for your teammates and your own mental health that you just keep playing normally until you finally get it at some point.
