why is this skin changed?

ok so i saw this in a old noob3 video

and i was looking everywhere for it until i realised that its still in the store its just different for some reason?? it still has the old icon but the actual skin is different

why is it changed to be so much worse??? AND for clarification im talking specifically about the body piece i know that the head is deathgarden mask
