A question regarding Tome 13: Malevolence

I got bored of the game so I decided to read the Tome stories. Some are really good, some are... meh.

I've noticed that in Tome 13 there are no cutscenes for Mikaela and Ghost Face's stories. Does anyone know the reason behind it?
