Do Luck offerings do anything?
I played a green luck bag for significant more luck. Faced a trapper, stepped in three traps. Each trap takes a maximum of 6 tries. All three traps took all 6 tries to free myself. Would that not be a strong argument against luck offerings having any effect whatsoever? Or have they removed the option of getting out of a trap before 6 tries?

Look it up on the wiki, it only affects self unhook. It's a lame, outdated mechanic anyway.

Luck offerings only affect your chance of unhooking. Thats it.
They are kinda useless, unless you make a hardcore build around it with a SWF

The ONLY use of luck offerings is to use with Slippery Meat. That's it. Never use them otherwise.

Luck only works when you are in a 4 man and all bring up the ante and slippery meat and that gives everyone better deliverance.
It's actually a somewhat legit strategy if you have the people but other than that luck is terrible.

Wow, that is some terrible game design. Seriously, who at Behavior comes up with this stuff? Broke keys, do nothing. Luck offerings do not increase luck. You can't make this stuff up. So much wasted potential.

Luck used to affect your chances of getting out of traps from Trapper.
But that was removed when the Clown came out. It didn't make sense to have this really niche mechanic affect him and only him. Even more considering we was even weaker back then

It used to affect the traps too but they got rid of it. As of rn it affects self unhooked only.

Luck should affect the rarity of the item you find in a chest at least
