Non-Existent/Bugged Xbox Achievements

On My Xbox, it still says I have 206/208 Achievements, despite new chapter coming out today. I played on the New Shelter Woods, completed the main gen, escaped, and got an Achievement. I went back to my Achievements, and it still said 206/208...
When are the new achievements being added to Xbox? Usually its instant.
