I can't connect to servers

Hello, I've got a huge issue with Dbd servers since TOT reveal trailer, when I get into the title screen and press a button to load into the game, Game is hanging in connecting to servers and ends up giving me this "No Network Connection" I had to try for several minutes (10 to 20 minutes) to finally load into the main menu but it's not over, after just one match, game struggles to save and "save game error" appears and kicks me right back to title screen so I have to restart the process all over, I used to play non stop but ever since this, I can barely play 6 or 7 matches in a day, I have a friend from the same country and he also suffers the same problem
Is my country's IP banned by the servers?
