Skull merchant is so close to being fun to face
This is totally subjective but for me personally I'm enjoying playing her, I've wanted another setup killer for a while but there is a glaring issue when facing her.
She is just so unfun to play against, especially in anything but a 4 man. She has the same strength and weakness as hag in which she requires coordination to take down. If there is coordination, she is too weak, if there is none, she almost wins guaranteed.
I feel it is so odd that destroying her drones do nothing essentially. I take out a drone, and she has another one right away. The best way I've found to play against her is to simply stay injured with dead hard so her drones don't do anything and you just keep slamming gens. That is so boring.
Sitting in a drone area should be more punishing, but taking out a drone should be more punishing to her. I've already got her to prestige 5 and while playing her I think it would be way more interactive if she had to utilize her recall power more, where if a drone gets taken out it is on a longer cooldown, so she has to prioritize between her remaining drones where she has to defend, maybe leaving something more vulnerable.
This is obviously just some first impressions by me and this is just a quick idea of mine. Also, again, purely subjective. Just wanted to know other thoughts. I personally enjoy facing m1 killers more because it lets us both show off our looping skills better than a killer that just presses m2 and gets an injure.

They could increase the time it takes for you to get the disarmed drone back in your pool. Currently it's 10 seconds maybe they could increase it to 20 or 25 seconds that way if you coordinate well disarming the drones would have more of an impact.

She's mostly meh to us as she strangely feels like facing gf, but controlling instead of chaos. Agreeing with the above in that probably could have drones take longer to return if survivors break them as she can keep areas set pretty fast.
Though a funny thing is that she has an exhausting add on. Dh doesn't work as well as a lot of people think and it's hilarious ~

I think people are just not realizing what she can do? I have only played her a few matches and just looking at the addon descriptions is enough.
The addons to make survivors oblivious, + hindered in the drone zone look really dirty. So combine that with a few STBFL stacks, maybe fearmonger or something, and you are basically walking up to oblivious, blind, and exhausted people and nearly instadowning them
Save the best is mandatory on her I think. Once you have made a dead zone, it lets you actually down people in it. Otherwise they can just hold W to the other side of the map after every hit.
I haven't even touched some of the perks that could probably be really cheesy on her yet, like monstrous shrine
From what I saw you can just place a drone down before hooking someone and cheese the game that way?

I don't think she does tbh? Buffs I mean, she's way more solid than people give her credit for she just plays very differently than a lot of other killers that I think it takes time for people to get used to her if they do wanna play her. I don't really think she needs nerfs either but I can understand why breaking her grid can be frustrating especially in soloQ. She's a little like Cenobite in that regard in that SM is a killer that does very well in SoloQ but then suffers a lot from well done coordination.
