Did they shadownerf Hag?

I used to play a ton of Hag but haven't really played her since the end of last year. Her teleports feel really off to me now. Like super delayed and my lunges were consistently short out of the teleport. This was never an issue for me in the past and I was able to consistently hit players out of the teleport. Curious if any other Hag players are running into this. It feels a bit like old Hag where she had the speed curve coming out of the teleport.

    I'm not sure. I played her a few days ago and felt the same way but figured it might just be my imagination.
