Love getting 15 min penalties for no reason

    Now, I have no experience with DDoS attacks, but I reckon that getting DDoS'd takes substantially longer than a regular 5 minute DC penalty.

    While i do love a " NO dc penalty " period to instaleave every skunk merchant game as far as i know the DDOS attacks are targeting streamers for the overwhelming majority of cases and i don't see them removing the penalty just for this
