Anyone else cant play dbd anymore to do crashing at main menu?

I've been playing this game for almost 3 years now I've had a few issues but I could fix them in an hour but this problem has been here for 2 weeks now it crashes at the main menu. Whenever lower my in game res and change my display res it'll will go beyond the main menu and it will let me click play as survivor but as soon as it shows the HUD for survivor it'll crash. Help!!!!!!!
