Blue version of Legion's Florecent Fear missing

I noticed one of my favourite skins has seemingly been removed? I checked and found the blue version of the Adam skin was still in my inventory and that was in the same rift. I'm rather upset because I used money to finish the rift because I wanted this specific Legion skin. It there any answer on when it will be returned or is this a bug?

    The blue version of the Florescent Fear cosmetic comes from the store, the Deep Rift was not introduced in Tome 12: Discordance yet, and the Florescent Fear cosmetic is a direct reskin from the store cosmetic (High-Vis Horror, Joey).

    If it is missing, check the cosmetic store to make sure it is purchased from there, if it is not shown as purchased or the transaction did not properly go through, then you can file a support ticket with photo evidence that you are missing the cosmetic, even stuff such as proof of purchase can help as well.
