Are we entering the age of Wraith with the new changes
Think about it - with no DH, Wraith is the LEAST affected by any other exhaustion perk - other than the big two. He laughs at sprint burst - you can just cancel the uncloak at the last second and still outrun the sprinting survivor.
Plus, no more lightburn - and a kit conducive to hit and run. He won't be at the level of the big two, but I think this rockets him up a couple tiers.

I mean he wasn't hugely vulnerable to it anyway. The distance gained off of DH he could make up very quickly, just like nurse and blight.

Ever since the basekit Windstorm, he's always been a solid pick. This next mid chapter will have a few ups and downs tho
On a good note, hit and run is going to be without a doubt more viable and Wraith excels at this. Lightburn being gone will also help but wont necessarily matter all too much
As for the bad, Sprint Burst is likely going to sky rocket in pick rate which is the Exhaustion perk that hurts him the most. Wraith relies a good bit on the element of surprise and SB completely negates that.

Yep, I'm concerned about this too. Almost every time you see a wraith coming toward you, it is already really close to you, almost granting a free hit. And with the new change to healing, this killer can be really scary to deal with. Wraiths, unlike Sadako, Ghostface, or Scratch Mirror Myers, can move quickly when cloaked.

Mindbreaker/fear monger will help mitigate his weakness as long as the player knows how to be a sneaky killer.

Will feel so good to play wraith without having to equip Franklin's against a clicky squad.

Even without this change, if you've seen actual good Wraiths (probably the best being Hexy, dude just doesn't lose but he also mains Wraith), he's incredibly strong. He will be stronger now, especially with the right player controlling him. I expect to see a lot of Wraiths come this update.

Least skillful killer on the roster and in need of a new power rework. Not fun to play as and against. Just mindless bing bonging, racing survivor to tile and bodyblocking vault/pallet.

I expect we'll see wraith complains and then he'll get hit with another nerf similiar to when he got basekit windstorm basekit and an addon pass.

Wraith is not picked by many players. The ones I face have blocking tactics always. I rarely see new Wraith players. I think exhaustion perks were never a match for him - removing lightburn helped a lot.

Wraith is an allround solid choice with no map being worse or better for him.

Wraith is not "interesting" as he is "just" an M1 killer. It is unlikely that there will be a nerf / hateful discussion about this killer. Those willing to experiment or take up further challenges on the killer side tend to move on and pick other killers.

I mean, Wraith is super common on EU anyway from my experience. The real age of Wraith was before they nerfed his lunge, that wasn't a very fun time at all.

Wraith is still not all that strong. He's alright but his base kit lacks power that can only be compensated by addons. And his addons, while strong, are far from overpowered. Overall Wraith is decent but definitely not anywhere near an A tier killer. Maybe B tier but that's about as far as I'd go.
This 'age of Wraith' is not gonna happen. Why play Wraith for this when you could play Blight and outperfom Wraith with only his base kit?

Because blight requires time investment, skill, and game knowledge. Wraith requires little to none of these. He’s the easiest killer to pick up, play and win with.

What time investment does Blight need? He probably has the absolute lowest skill floor in the game. Against survivors that have a rough time against Wraith, Blight is strong enough just running around the map and playing M1 killer.

This threath has shown this to not be true, also dbd twitter swears he is OP, I know how outlandish it sounds, but these are the same people that said stbfl was OP and skull merchant was good game design, regardless what you say its not true, hate is not exclusive to those killers, in fact I guarantee you like 1% of the killer roster is not hate and even then they will get hate if they win.
