Time to nerf toolboxes and OP killer add-oons

Med-kits have been nerfed which is great. Now you need to nerf toolboxes. BNP give too much speed and other add-ons make gens fly by too fast.

For killer add-ons: Blight needs some reworks and Spirit's MDR is ridiculous. Not sure if there are other problematic add-ons for some other killers but these need to get dealt with.

    i would love to see all the gen rushing perks and tool boxes nerf. They should do a meta shake up focusing on buffing the weak killers add ons while nerfing the op ones like Myers and MDR.

    Toolboxes had already received major nerfs back when they changed the sabotaging mechanic. The only addon that needs a nerf is BNP. I do agree that some of the stronger killers need their stronger addons nerfed.
