This is just an appreciation post.
There was a problem with the Tome 9 - Crescendo archive that occurred when the Roots of Dread chapter first launched. The charm rewards for Tome 9 became the exact same as the Tome 8 charm rewards. At the time, I thought this was only a visual bug and proceeded with the web. However, when I had reached the Lvl 4 epilogue, I received the Pulp Horror charm instead of the Universal Terminus charm. Even when this bug was eventually fixed, I was never able to gain the Universal Terminus charm that I wanted and should have earned.
As you can see from the picture, I clearly unlocked the charm, but it was not owned as it would normally be written if the item was in my collection. This always frustrated me a lot. Not only was this one of my favorite looking charms, but not being able to complete the archive charm collection really bothered me. That was until recently when I had learned that DBD had a support that I could contact for this kind of thing. The last time I went on the support system, they weren't able to help me with my issue. However, within only a few hours of submitting the ticket, I finally own the charm I have been missing for almost a year.
So again, I just wanted to thank the DBD support team in this appreciation post for helping me out with my issue and hopefully help others be aware that there is a support team that can help them with their problems. Thank you, DBD support team <3
