Clown/Kate No Longer Unlocked....?

Playing on my xbox and now all of a sudden the game is saying I don’t have Kate Denson and The Clown unlocked? I’ve played both a-plenty since their release. Is this a bug others are experiencing? 

EDIT: Restarting the game fixed it.
