"If" 10 million current players would be average which changes you would do?
Let's say there would be enough players for every skill level to guarantee a fast matchmaking all the time and the matchmaking itself works perfectly for everyone. What would you like to add/ remove/ adjust?

take a close look at how map rng could be improved so that one-sided maps can no longer occur.

Make parameters like gen speed / heal speed etcetc base on the MMR,so it would be easier to balance.(among us are already show that the balance is very different in different playerbase)
SHOW the mmr of every one in end game,so people can actually know how good they are and feeling rewarding for geting higher MMR.
Make a better reward for playing the side which the game needed.(if two sides are equally fun,the player base would be 50%50%,but the game need it to be 80%20%,so it needs some reward for players to play the 80% side more)
