Anyone else kinda dreading the upcoming tome a bit?

I'm always excited for new tomes, because I love collecting outfits and the feeling of making progress on something with every game. A new rift is always a breath of fresh life to DBD for me.

...But there's always a huge influx of people playing the tome characters. And I'm gonna be real, even 'fixed' Skull Merchant is a chore to verse. There is nothing enjoyable about playing her and especially not playing against her.

About the only saving grace of the Knight tome experience was that half of the Knights were too busy trying to force guard hits or waste time having the Carnifex break walls to do his usual gen defense routine. The best I can hope for is that SM's challenges are equally awkward and aren't conducive to her usual style of gameplay, because otherwise the next couple of weeks are sure gonna be something.

    I'm hoping the Overbrine nerfs temper that playstyle on SM enough to be bearable, but I'm not particularly looking forward to it.
