Ash's Ashy Slashy hand cosmetics change the menu idle interrupt animation

when equipping the Ashy Slashy or Maniac Puppet Hand cosmetics for ash, they change the idle interrupt animation from ash inspecting his hand to ash just looking around(which was the animation used for whenever you held an item in the menu as ash)
