Is anyone else suddenly having problems with the servers after the update?

I want to know if this is just me or not. Ever since the update I've been getting a ton of packet loss and very often get teleported back to previous locations, sometimes resulting in getting hit by killers who aren't even on my screen. I was having no issues prior to the update and my internet is fine. I'm on NA east.

Overall I'd say this is probably happening once or twice per game on average.
