how to report someone in the pre game lobby when he left?

some individuals seem to enjoy insulting people in the pre-game lobby and then immediately leaving the lobby so that you can no longer report them by clicking the name.

Am I missing a way to report someone who has left the lobby? Of course, the offender use anonymous mode.

    Excuse my ignorance, as I'm guessing this is Steam and I'm Xbox, but do you have a button where you can record footage of the past couple of minutes? Xbox has that, so if anything like that could happen I could just rewind back to get the name. The anonymous bit is annoying, but maybe the timestamp or something could help? Am unsure though.

    Also, stick this in the Feedback section. Mods are more likely to read this there.

    i record every game but all reports require an in-game report and i dont see any way to create an in-game report if the offender left the lobby.
