DBD getting worse.

Every since the last few updates, DBD getting worse. When I play as the killer it seems to me that some of the perks have change alot. I hardly win any matches as a killer. Survivors seem to run faster then ever and seem to be fixing generators faster too. However when I switch out to the Survivors it the complete opposite. You don't fix gens. faster, nor due I out run the Killers. There's doesn't seem to be any be skill/team building matches here.
Has anyone else notice?
