This is the new meta after mid-chapter update
Interesting, many changes here from the previous meta. DH is gone from being top used perk, same goes for CoB and Overcharge and Pain Ress. Lithe and SB are in the top and Jolt is the most played regression perk so far.
Note: Of course these are not 100% correct, these are community based stats (source: Nightlight).

I honestly wouldn't really put much, if any, stock into these.
NightLight is cool, but it's entirely self-reported from a tiny and extremely exclusive section of the playerbase.

Yes, but you can make a bit of an avarage out of these stats and I don't think the perks there lie. You see these perks these days the most I would say.

better than nothing, devs should release stats every month. But its like we got something once a year if that...

look pretty accurate from what i go up against. i will say tho It been a crazy surge in boil over and flashbangs.

I don't think that's true.
You could maybe say that you can see a usage trend, but to put ANY stock into the actual percentages would be incredibly foolish.

One of the main problems with nitelite as a source is that it's not just a sample of user submitted data, but it's an English website. So I assume almost all of the data comes from NA.
That leaves out huge chunks of the player base in EU and Asia, and we already know (from the devs saying so) that play style and perk choices are largely regional.
For example, the most noticeable thing is that self care isn't in your top 9(?) survivor perks, but even the most recent official data from BHVR in September 2022 had self care in the top 3. I believe nitelite had SC at #9 or so at the time BHVR released official data.
SC specifically is insanely popular in some regions, enough to completely skew the top 10 data... just not popular in the regions that nitelite captures.
